        This book is highly appreciated transcript from my side to any stressed, depressed and mentally disturbed person who gradually suffers with anxiety and fright of being failure. This book is self guide for every age person who feels  retrospect emotions for their unscathed attitude to their facing problems. So before digging more inside let's talk about it's slang title.

        When I gaze on it's title first time, I got some adultery intuition, I thought this might be some kind of book which is picturizing effects of fornication or results of coupling, but when I really start reading this book I got clean sweep to suggest this book to  any of my friends who deals with self boredom with their life. When I start reading this book I found my usual activities in wrong direction like writer simply suggested not to give fuck to unnecessary race, because when you start expecting more from this world then you caged your self in this materlistic world and start living in enchanted fairytales, This thick content is fractioned in nine chapter and 188 pages --beautifully explaining harsh realties of society within slang and funky tone. Mr.Manson started this book by qouting  Charles bukowski's struggle that how he suffers with job and fame deprevation and how he got breakthrough once he was totally failed to impress anyone. writer claims that real story of Bukowski’s success is, he accepted where he was standing and stop running for conventional race of success thus he achieve the same fame which he deserves.writer simply says if you are wishing to get anything in your life so first except the fact that you are really lacking in that thing, accept your shortcomings and start working on it then you will definitely remark your self as an extraordinary.else if you are giving fictional hopes to your self that everyone is born with some natural boon then you are definitely ruining your time for getting nothing and waiting for some unnatural support. Moving forward writer explains the feedback loop of hell with this exceptional quotation which I like most is 

"The desire for more positive experience is itself a negative experience. And, paradoxically, theacceptance of one’s negative experience is itself apositive experience".

        Moving ahead  he simply suggested if you are getting any pain in your life then accept it and try to solve it ,if you start denying it, and try to push your burden on someone's else shoulder and calling your self as victimized then you will definitely never able to lead in any harsh and rough situations.by denial and victim mentally you will surely get some calm for limited time but your problem will never able to meet any solution. Further writer wish to introduce his self imagined comic hero disspointed panda, he wish that there might be some like wise hero who use to speak truth all the time and and try to show us dark relaties of this world, through this we able to get calm in our daily routine. Further writer narrated story of onado of world war 2 , who spend 30 years in jungle,fought for declined empire and get no satisfication due to not marginalized goal.writer explains self awareness likewise:

        Self-awareness is like an onion. "There are multiple layers to it, andthe more you peel them back, the more likely you’re going to start crying at inappropriate times" here writer qoutes some stupendous comperasion between rockstar dave mustaine and best Pete that how they kicked out from their band and how they deal with their inner guilt, moreover he tolds that mustaine despite of getting all success was suffering with inner satisfication and best Pete despite of complete fail Carrier lives satisfied. This is all happen due to shitty value that mustaine give himself and best don't.writer says that that desire of more pleasure, material success,always being right and staying positive always give negative outcomes further he qoutes Freud statement: 

"One day, in retrospect, the years of struggle will strike you as the most beautiful."further writer explain that we are the best defender of our belief by giving example of ocd suffered children's and Meredith maran who falsely accused his father as pedophile and later suffers alot with self guilt. Moving ahead writer qoutes Manson's law of avoidence and stated that "The more something threatens your identity, the more you will avoid it.overall there are lot of things which I truely like in this book, but I can't mentioned all of them over here so, I will definitely pursue this book to everyone who really wants to achieve inner satisfication and calm attitude.
